The majority of the Thais in municipal
area (67.9%) used the Internet every day,
but in non-municipal area, the proportion
of people using the Internet daily was
almost equal to that of using the Internet
at least twice a week (48.3% and 48.2%,
respectively).

The frequency of the use of the Internet by the Thais (aged 6 years and
over) in 2014 changed considerably. In 2014, more than half of the Thais (59.6%)
used the Internet daily, which differed from that in 2013. Most Thai people used
the Internet 1-4 days a week (49.0%) and 5-7 days a week (47.2%). So, it could
be said that the Internet has become an integral part of daily life.
