คํานํา
สํ านั กงานสถิ ติ แหงชาติ เริ ่มจัดทํ าและ
พิ มพ รายงานเครื่องชี ้ภาวะสั งคมฉบั บแรกในป
2537 และได จัดทํ ามารวม 4 ฉบับ จากนั้ นในป
2552 ได ปรั บเปลี่ยนแผนการจั ดทํ ารายงาน
เครื่องชี้ภาวะสังคม เป นทุกๆ 2 ป เพื่อให ผูใช
ส า ม า ร ถนํ า ไ ป ใ ช ป ร ะ โ ย ช น ใ น ก า ร ติ ด ต า ม
สถานการณไดอยางตอเนื่ อง รายงานเครื่องชี้ภาวะ
สังคม พ.ศ. 2558 นับเปนฉบั บที่ 8 ที่ สํานักงาน
สถิติแหงชาติไดจัดทําและเผยแพร สูสาธารณะ
วั ตถุ ประส งค ที ่สํ าคั ญของกา รจั ดทํ า
รายงานฉบั บนี้ เพื่ อนําเสนอเครื่องชี ้ภาวะสังคม
ของประเทศที่สําคัญ 7 สาขา ได แก สาขา
ป ร ะ ช า ก ร แ ล ะ เ ค ห ะ แ ร ง ง า น ก า ร ศึ ก ษ า
สาธารณสุ ข สวัสดิ การสังคม สถิติ หญิงชายและ
สถิติสั งคมอื่นๆ ใหเปนระบบและตอเนื ่อง สามารถ
นําไปใชในการวางแผน ติ ดตาม และประเมินผล
การเปลี ่ยนแปลงภาวะการณด านสั งคมในช วง
แผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแหงชาติ ฉบั บที่ 11
(พ.ศ. 2555-2559) รวมทั้งแผนงานดานสังคมอื่นๆ
เชน แผนเด็กและเยาวชน แผนผูสู งอายุแห งชาติ
และแผนพัฒนาสตรี เปนตน

หนวยงานและเจาหน าที่ ที่ รับผิ ดชอบในการ
จัดเก็ บขอมูลแตละสาขาเปนอย างสูงที่ ไดกรุณา

PREFACE
The National Statistical Office
(NSO) published the first report on Social
Indicators in 1994 and continued to
publish totally four publications. Then in
2009, NSO revised the plan to publish this
kind of publication every 2 years in order
to closely follow up the current situation.
This 2015 Social Indicators is the 8th one.
The purpose of compiling social
indicators is to provide and present the social
indicators of the country and be able to
keep them updated continuously. This
publication presents the social indicators in 7
sectors namely: Population and Housing,
Labour, Education, Public Health, Social-
Welfare, Gender Statistics and Others Social
Statistics. These indicators can be used for
planning, monitoring and evaluation of social
changes during the period of the 11th
National Economic and Social Development
Plan (2012-2016), including other national
plans and policies i.e. children, female and
the elderly development plans.
The National Statistical Office would
like to express our sincere appreciation to
all concerned for their contributions and
wish that, this publication would be useful
the Government, private sectors and the
general users.
