บทนํา
ความเปนมา
รายงานเครื่องชี้ภาวะสังคม พ.ศ. 2558
จัดทําขึ้นจากการเก็ บรวบรวมข อมูลจากหลายๆ
แหลง และนํ ามาศึ กษาวิเคราะห เพื ่อจั ดทําเป น
ตั วชี้วั ดที่สํ าคัญ โดยจัดแบงตั วชี้วั ดเปนรายสาขา
รวม 7 สาขา ได แก ประชากรและเคหะ แรงงาน
การศึกษา สาธารณสุ ข สวัสดิ การสังคม สถิติ หญิง
ชาย และสถิติสังคมอื่นๆ เปนต น ตัวชี้วัดดังกลาว
สามารถใชในการวางแผน จั ดทํานโยบายเชิ ง
ประจั กษ ร วมถึ งสามา รถ ใ ช ในกา รติ ดตา ม
ประเมินผล แผนนโยบาย วิ เคราะห สถานการณ
แนวโนมและสภาวการณตางๆ ทางด านสังคม
สํ านั กง านสถิ ติ แห งชาติ ตระหนั กถึ ง
ความสําคัญและความจํ าเปนที่จะต องมีข อมูลสถิติ
และตัวชี้วั ดสําคัญ จึงได จัดทํารายงานเครื่องชี้ภาวะ
สั งคมขึ้นเปนประจํ าทุก 2 ป เพื ่อให หนวยงาน
ทุกภาคส วนนํ าไปใช ประโยชน ในการวางแผน
ติ ดตาม ประเมิ นผลการพัฒนา เพื ่อหาแนวทาง
ปองกันและแก ไขปญหาสังคมของประเทศตอไป
วัตถุประสงค
การจัดทํ ารายงานเครื่องชี ้ภาวะสังคม
มี วัตถุประสงค ที่สํ าคั ญ คือ
• เพื ่อศึกษาถึงภาวะสังคมของประเทศ
ในแตละด านที่สําคัญ ไดแก ประชากรและเคหะ
แรงงาน การศึ กษา สาธารณสุข สวั สดิการสังคม
สถิติหญิงชาย และสถิ ติสังคมอื่นๆ สําหรับผูกําหนด
นโยบายที่นําไปใชประกอบการตัดสินใจ
• เพื่อใหไดขอมูลที่เปนปจจุบั น สําหรับ
ใชในการวางแผน ติ ดตาม และประเมินผลการ
ดําเนิ นงานทางสังคมในดานต างๆ
• เ พื ่ อ ให ทร าบถึ ง สถานกา รณแล ะ
แนวโนมด านสังคมที่สํ าคัญ
Introduction
Background
This 2015 Social Indicators was
published by compiling and analyzing data
from various sources so as to obtain major
indicators, which were divided into 7
sectors, namely; Population and Housing,
Labour, Education, Public Health, Social
Welfare, Gender Statistics and Other Social
Statistics. These indicators can be used for
the evidence-based plans and policies, as
well as for monitoring and evaluating
plans and policies, trends and social
situations.
The National Statistical Office of
Thailand has seen the importance of
availability of social statistics for public
and private sectors to use them for their
benefits in evidence-based plans and
policies; in solving social problems
therefore, the National Statistical Office
has published the publication on Social
Indicators every two years.
Objective
• To study the social situations of
the country in the major areas of Population
and Housing, Labour, Education, Public
Health, Social Welfare, Gender Statistics and
Other Social Statistics.
• To provide better and updated
statistics and indicators for the sound social
plans and policies.
• To provide an awareness of the
social situation and trends to the policy
makers.
