7.3 Juvenile Cases
Department of Juvenile Observation
and Protection, where the juvenile case
statistics has been compiled revealed that
in 2015 more than 90% of juvenile
offenders were boys. Most of them were 15-
18 years of age, with lower secondary,
followed by upper secondary are higher.
In 2015, the percentage of juvenile
cases which classified by offense showed
that mostly were drugs 39.6%, followed
by assets and life and body, respectively.
However, to solve these issues, not
only the government but also private
sectors should collaborate in setting
efficiency plans and policies.
