means a person who registers with Social Security Office
and pays contributions which provides entitlement to benefits under the Social Security Act B.E.

Insured person, according to article

means any person who used to be an insured person

and whose insurance has subsequently ceased according to article
38 (2)
and he or
she notifies his/her intention to continue to be insured person.
