การเกื้ อหนุนผูสู งอายุ
การก าวเขาสู สั งคมผูสูงอายุ มีผลกระทบ
ในหลายดาน กล าวคื อ ประเทศจะขาดแคลน
ประชากรวั ยแรงงานที ่เป นกําลั งสําคั ญในการ
ขับเคลื่ อนเศรษฐกิจ ขณะเดียวกั นแรงงานก็ ตอง
รับภาระในการเลี้ยงดูผู สูงอายุ อีกดวย ซึ่ งตัวชี ้วัด
หนึ่งที ่สะทอนในเรื่ องการเกื้อหนุ นผูสู งอายุ ก็คือ
อั ตราการเป นภาระของผู สู งอายุ ที่ คํ านวณจาก
จํานวนผูสูงอายุ (อายุ 60 ปขึ้นไป) หารด วยจํานวน
ประชากรในวัยทํางาน (อายุ 15-59 ป) ข อมูล
ทะเบียนราษฎร ในป 25571/ พบวา ประชากรวัย
แรงงาน 100 คน ตองรับภาระผู สูงอายุ ประมาณ
22 คน และคาดวาจะมี แนวโนมเพิ่มขึ ้นเปน 58 คน
ตอวัยแรงงาน 100 คน ในป 25832/
ใ น ขณะ ที ่อั ต ร า ก า ร เ ป น ภ า ร ะ ข อ ง
ประชากรวัยเด็ก หมายถึง จํานวนประชากรวั ยเด็ก
(อายุ 0-14 ป) ต อประชากรวัยแรงงาน พบว ามี
แนวโน มลดลงจากประชากรวัยเด็ก 27 คน ต อวัย
แรงงาน 100 คน ในป 25571/ เปน 23 คน ต อวัย
แรงงาน 100 คน ในป 2583 2/ เมื ่อแรงงานใน
อนาคตลดลง ผูสู งอายุจึงตองพึ่งพาตัวเองใหมากขึ้ น
A Support to the Elderly
Under the situation of aging society,
the government of Thailand might face with a
shortage of labour, which is a major
mechanism in driving country’s economy, at
the same time, labour could also support the
elderly. These indicators is so called a
dependency ratio, calculated by the number
of elderly (aged 60 years and over) divided by
the number of working aged group population
(aged 15-59 years), the figure showed that 100
persons of working aged group could support
22 older persons in 20141/ and estimated to
be 58 persons in 20402/.
Meanwhile, the dependency ratio
of children means the number of children
(aged 0-14 years) per population of working
aged group, which declined from 27 in
20141/ to 23 per 100 persons of working
aged group in 20402/ . With this situation the
elderly have to take care and more rely on
themselves.
