ต องไดรั บการพัฒนาอีกมาก คื อ การศึกษาของ
แรงงานไทยจากขอมู ลสํารวจภาวะการทํ างาน
ของประชากร พบว า แรงงานไทยมีการศึ กษา
เฉลี่ยประมาณ 8 ป ทั้ งผูชายและผู หญิง ซึ่งยั งต่ํา
กว าหลายๆ ประเทศในเอเชี ย คือ 8.7 ป ในป
2557 แม จะมีแนวโนมเพิ่มขึ้น จาก 8.0 ป ในป
2552 แตก็ เพิ่มในสัดสวนที่ค อนขางนอย
The major problem of the Thai
labour are their levels of education,
from the Labour Force Survey, it showed
that Thai labour; both male and female, had
about 8 average years of schooling. Average
years of schooling used to be 7.9 years in
2009 and increased to 8.7 years in 2014,
however it was lower than that of the ASEAN
member countries.
