1.4.1 ประเภทของที่อยูอาศัยและการครอบครอง
ในป จจุ บันรู ปแบบการใชชี วิ ตเปลี ่ยนไป
วั ยหนุมสาวนิยมอยูอาศัยหองชุดมากขึ ้น เนื่องจาก
มี คว า มส ะ ดว กต อก า ร เ ดิ นทา ง แล ะอยู ใ กล
หางสรรพสินค า โดยสถิติ ชี้ว า การอยูอาศัยในหอง
ชุดเพิ่มขึ้นเทาตัว
นอกจากนี้ พบว า ที่อยูอาศั ยของครัวเรือน
ยั งคงเป นประเภทบานโดดหรื อบานเดี่ ยว แต มี
แนวโนมลดลงอยางตอเนื่อง จากรอยละ 80.3 ในป
2554 ลดลงเหลื อรอยละ74.3 ในป 2557 เมื่ อ
พิ จารณาถึ งการครอบครองที ่ อยู อาศั ย พบว า
ครั วเรื อนที ่ เป นเจ าของบ านและที ่ดิ นมีสั ดส วน
ลดลง จากรอยละ 80.9 ในป 2554 เป นรอยละ
77.2 ในป 2557

1.4.1 Types of Dwelling and Occupancy
Recently, the life style of people
has changed; young aged group prefer to
reside in apartment or flat to facilitate
their daily lives in transportation, having
more convenience, and being close to the
community mall which statistics showed
that the proportion of population living in
apartment or flat was doubled.
Besides, the number of detached
houses tended to decrease continuously
from 80.3% in 2011, to 74.3% in 2014.
Considering of owning status; the number of
households owning dwelling and land
decrease from 80.9% (2011) to 77.2% (2014).
