การทางานของผู้สู งอายุ
จำกพั ฒนำกำรด้ำนสำธำรณสุ ขดีขึ ้น
ทำให้ผู้ สูงอำยุ มี อำยุยื นยำวขึ้ น และมีแนวโน้มที่
เพิ ่มขึ ้นอย่ ำงต่อเนื่ อง และจำกกำรที่ผู ้สูงอำยุ
มี สุ ขภำพร่ำงกำยแข็ งแรง ทำให้สำมำรถทำงำน
เพื่อหำเลี ้ยงชีพและครอบครัวได้ ซึ่งข้ อมูลจำก
กำรสำรวจภำวะกำรทำงำนของประชำกร พบว่ำ
มำกกว่ ำ 1 ใน 3 ของผู้ สู งอำยุ ยั งคงทำงำนอยู่
ดังนั้นกำรส่งเสริมกำรทำงำนของผู้สู งอำยุ จะเป็น
หนทำงหนึ ่งที ่ ช ่วยให ้ผู ้สูงอำยุรู้ สึก เห็นคุณค่ำ
ในตนเอง

โอกำสในกำรทำงำน กำรศึ กษำ และกำรดำรงชีวิ ต
จึงทำให้ ผู้คนย้ ำยออกจำกถิ่นฐำนที่ อยู่ เดิ มไปที่อื่ น
ซึ่งส่ วนใหญ่วั ยหนุ่มสำวและวัยแรงงำน มี กำรย้ำยถิ่น
มำกกว่ ำกลุ่มอื่นๆ เนื่ องจำกปั จจัยทำงด้ ำนอำยุที่
ทำให้ คนกลุ่ มนี้ เคลื่ อนย้ ำยได้ ง่ ำยกว่ ำกลุ่ มอื่ น
Working of the Elderly
A better development of health care
service causes a longer stay of older persons
which tends to increase more and more.
With their good health, the elderly are able
to work to make a living for their lives and
families.
The results of the Labour Force
Survey showed that one-third of the
elderly were still working. Therefore,
promoting the elderly to work would help
the elderly have self-esteem.
1.2 Migration and Urbanization
1.2.1 Migration
Migration is a demographic phenomenon
with a strong impact on the number of
population at a place. Due to the
demand for dwelling job opportunities,
education and family reasons then people
move out from the residences to
somewhere suitable to their needs. Most of
the migrants were adolescence and young
workers, rather than other groups since their
ages support their moves.
