the
registration
base
population in 2014, the number of
population living in the municipal and rural
areas may be under stated since the
registered number may include neither
people moving out without reporting nor
people commuting between city and rural
areas. The coverage of population counted
in registration system differs from the
Population and Housing Census, the former
cover the registered population, while the
latter one are cover the population at their
residents.
From the survey on passive
population in 2015 , it showed that there
were about 12 .6% of passive populations in
the country, of these, about 1.9 % was
passive population at day time and the rest;
10.7% were at night time.
