1. .1 Type of Living
The Labour Force Survey showed
that in 2016, about half of households
(46.6%) in 2016 were nuclear families
consisting of parents and unmarried
children. About one-third were the
extended ones, which there are at least 2
generations live together, i.e. 1) grandparents
2) parents 3) children.
Most of the Thai households were
nuclear families; however, it tended to
decrease as well as extended families; from
35.7% in 2013 to 35.3% in 2016.
