In 2016, the participate rate of the
population aged 35-39 years was rather
high, whereas, the participation rate of the
elderly was 37% while of which the
population aged 15-19 years, declined
significantly. This was due to the change
of population’s structure, resulting in a
decrease of number of working age.
2.2 Employment, Unemployment and
A Lay Off
Demands on labour in various
fields are different, therefore, there is
on unmet need in terms of quantity
and quality in number of labours of the
business. This may cause the problems
of unemployment and under-employment;
since some of the labours need to be
employed although that work requires
lower qualification.
