The major problem of the Thai
labour are their levels of education,
from the Labour Force Survey, it showed
that Thai labour; both male and female, had
about 8 average years of schooling, which
was lower than that of the ASEAN member
countries. However, average years of
schooling slightly increased from 8.2 years in
2010 to 8.9 years in 2016.
