การทํางานของผูสู งอายุ
จํานวนผู สูงอายุ ที่ มีแนวโนมเพิ่ มขึ้นอย าง
ตอเนื่องประกอบกับพัฒนาการดานสาธารณสุ ขดีขึ้น
ส งผลใหผู สู งอายุ มี อายุ ยืนยาวขึ ้ นและมีสุ ขภาพ
ร างกายแข็ งแรง สามารถทํ างานเลี ้ยงชี พและ
ครอบครั วได ซึ ่งข อมูลจากการสํ ารวจภาวะการ
ทํางานของประชากร พบวา มากกว า 1 ใน 3 ของ
ผู สู งอายุยั งคงทํ างานอยู  ดังนั ้นการสงเสริ มการ
ทํางานของผู สู งอายุ จะเป นหนทางหนึ่งที ่ช วยให
ผูสูงอายุรูสึกเห็นคุณคาในตนเอง
1.2 การยายถิ่นและความเปนเมือง
1.2.1 การยายถิ่น
เป นปรากฎการณทางประชากรที่ มี ผลตอ
การเพิ ่มขึ้นหรื อลดลงของประชากร ณ สถานที่ ใด
สถานที่หนึ่ง เนื่ องจากความตองการในเรื่ องที่อยูอาศัย
โอกาสในการทํางาน การศึกษา และการดํารงชี วิตจึง
ทําใหผู คนยายออกจากถิ่ นฐานที่อยู เดิมไปที่อื่น ซึ่ ง
สวนใหญ วั ยหนุมสาวและวัยแรงงาน มี การยายถิ่น
มากกวากลุมอื ่นๆ เนื่องจากปจจัยทางด านอายุ ที่ทํา
ให คนกลุ มนี ้เ คลื ่อนย าย ได ง ายกว ากลุ มอื ่น
Working in Old Age
There is an increasing trend of a
number of elderly because of a better
development of public health which causes
people to live longer with a better health,
and be able to earn their lives and families.
The results of the Labour Force
Survey showed that one-third of the
elderly were still working. Therefore,
promoting the elderly to work would help
the elderly have self-esteem.
1.2 Migration and Urbanization
1.2.1 Migration
Migration is a demographic phenomenon
with a strong impact on population
change. Due to the demand for housing,
job opportunities, education and family
reasons then people move out from the
residences to somewhere suitable to their
needs. Most of the migrants were
adolescence and young workers, rather than
other groups due to support of their ages.
