3.2 ระบบการศึกษา
3.2.1 ประเภทของระบบศึกษา

แบงออกเปน 2 ระบบใหญ ๆ คือ การศึกษาในระบบ
เปนการศึกษาที่มี แบบแผน และการวัดผลที่แนนอน
แบงเป น 2 ระดับ ไดแก การศึ กษาขั้นพื้ นฐานและ
การศึกษาขั้นอุ ดมศึ กษา โดยการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน
ประกอบดวย ระดับกอนประถมศึกษา ประถมศึกษา
และมัธยมศึกษา มีจํานวนป การศึกษาไม นอยกวา
12 ป การศึกษานอกระบบ เปนการศึกษาที ่จัดขึ้น
โดยมุ งพัฒนาความรู ความสามารถของผูเรียนในการ
พัฒนาตนเอง หลั กสูตรการเรี ยนการสอน ตลอดจน
การวัดผลสอดคล องกับสภาพและความตองการของ
ผูเรี ยน เปนการศึ กษาที่เปดโอกาสใหผู ที่ไมสามารถ
เรียนในระบบโรงเรียนไดมี โอกาสเขาถึงการศึกษา
ในระบบปการศึกษา 2557 1/ มีนักเรียน
และนั กศึ กษาที ่เขาเรี ยนในระบบจํ านวนทั้ งสิ้น
12.8 ลานคน คิดเปนรอยละ 79.4 จากจํานวนเด็ก
ในวัยเรียนทั้งหมด 16.3 ลานคน ซึ่งลดลงประมาณ
รอยละ 0.3 (ร อยละ 79.7) จากปการศึกษา 2556
โดยสัดส วนนักเรี ยนระดั บกอนประถมศึกษา
ร อยละ 19.0 ระดับประถมศึ กษา รอยละ 35.4
ระดับมัธยมศึกษา รอยละ 32.3 และระดับอุดมศึกษา
รอยละ 13.3

3.2 Education System
3.2.1 Type of Education System
The education system in Thailand
is classified into 2 main types; formal and
non-formal education. Formal Education
would have specific from and fixed result
assessment. The education levels divided
into 2 levels; namely the basic education
and higher education. The basic education
consists of pre-primary, primary and
secondary level, of total school years not
less than 12 years. Non formal education
service is set up to provide more
opportunities to people who are not being
able to access formal education system.
This non formal education system aims to
develop knowledge and ability of the
students to develop themselves, by
adjusting curriculum, ways of learning and
teaching, including learning assessment to
suit their needs and conditions.
In academic year 20141/ , there
were 12.8 million or 79.4% of pupils
and students attending schools in
formal education, out of 16.3 million.
This decreased about 0.3% from the
academic year 2013 (79.7%). The
proportions of pre-primary students were
19.0%, 35.4% in primary level, 32.3% in
secondary level and 13.3% in higher
education level.
